Roof details and scope
The February project photograph shows intake vent strips near the lower roof edge, ventilation along the ridge, and metal flashing around several roof penetrations. A chimney sits at the far end of the ridge. These visible details correspond to separate ventilation and flashing selections in the signed proposal.
The homeowner selected the Foundation shingle package and the upgraded ventilation and flashing options. That selection specified Oakridge shingles. Other shingle and FORTIFIED packages appeared as unselected alternatives; they are not the basis of this project description.
For a similar replacement, identifying both intake and exhaust components makes the ventilation scope easier to compare. This photograph documents the visible arrangement; an attic assessment is still needed to establish airflow requirements and account for insulation or blocked intake paths.
Project completion
Substantial completion was recorded on February 9, 2026, and the roof was photographed on February 10. Quality control followed on February 12. The project reached its final job-complete stage on March 14.
