Other shingle options were available in the proposal, but the signed selection determines the material described in this case. The final branded color was not established by the reviewed agreement.
The July photograph looks down a long capped ridge. Three black turbine vents stand on the adjacent shingle slope, and a smaller pipe penetration appears lower on that surface. Trees and neighboring houses surround the roof. This angle is particularly useful for seeing how the ridge, vents, and main shingle courses occupy different parts of the installation.
A homeowner considering a similar replacement should ask for the ventilation plan before work begins. The number of visible vents alone does not establish attic airflow. The plan should account for intake openings and attic layout, identify which existing vents remain, and explain how roof openings will be handled. Request photographs of penetration and flashing details during construction, since a finished shingle photograph cannot show everything beneath the roof covering.
